Job Description: 
 
Ajilon Communications is currently hiring experienced I&R technicians for the following locations in BC’s Interior South. Penticton, Kelowna, Vernon, Kamloops, Williams Lake, Cranbrook and Castlegar. Contract positions are available from April 15^th to September 30^th, 2007

Ajilon Communications will supply vehicles and tools for this assignment

Duties:

The I&R Technician is responsible for:

• The installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of telecommunications equipment and services

• Responding to customer requests and inquiries regarding the proper use of equipment and/or services

• The reporting of all job completions and documentation of all necessary forms

Skills:

• Previous experience in the installation and repair of telephone equipment

• Valid Drivers License with less than 3 demerit points

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to complete work within assigned “Appointment” time

• Ability to differentiate between colors

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and climb poles and extension ladders

• Ability to work with minimum supervision

• Ability to physically perform all work functions
  Varied shifts including holidays.
