Dear Professional,


TAD Telecom Canada would like to take this opportunity to share with you the outcome of our recent Associate Survey and to thank everyone who provided us with feedback.   We are committed to working with you to offer you the best possible service and your involvement in identifying areas of improvement plays a significant role in improving the operation of our Company.


One area, which you identified, that appears to be of most concern to you is a lack of communication and feedback from us. In order to address this issue, we have developed a new Associate/Client evaluation process, which will begin immediately. This new process will initiate and develop on-going contact between yourself, your TAD Telecom Canada representative as well as your Manager. 

Other areas identified include job opportunities and improved benefits.  In order to serve you better and provide you with more job opportunities we are continually expanding our client base. With respect to our benefit plans, they are being reviewed and we will keep you updated on any changes.


As many of you are aware, we faced a significant challenge during this past year with regard to our new payroll system. Your comments in this survey indicate that we are again on the right road and we thank you for your loyalty and patience through this difficult time.
