Ottawa, January 13, 1999 - HRI, a Canadian personnel services firm, today announced it has merged with TAD Telecom Inc. of Atlanta, Georgia to become HRI TAD Canada. HRI TAD Canada is now the largest human resources company in the country specializing in providing professional staffing solutions to communications and network-dependent clients.

Garry Logue, the newly appointed regional vice president for HRI TAD Canada, believes the merger is great news for both the company's customers and its employees. "As trade barriers fall and Canadian companies explore new international markets, they need global reach. They especially need easy access to US resources. With this merger, we can offer our clients just that, while continuing to provide them with the excellent staffing solutions at home that they have come to expect from us."
