TAD Telecom to use MONIES software in application service provider hosting
arrangement

TAD
Telecom, a leader in communications personnel and services headquartered
near Atlanta, GA, has signed a teaming and services agreement with
Stonehouse Technologies Inc. (STI),
a leader in communications management software and services.
Under the terms of the agreement, TAD Telecom will use STI’s
software, Management of Network Income Expense Services (MONIES), to
provide invoice management, billing charge-back/cost allocation, and asset
inventory management services for the TAD customer base in an ASP
environment.
TAD
and STI have a long-standing business relationship.
Since 1994, STI has been providing TAD with software service and
support for the MONIES system.
This new teaming agreement will enable TAD to implement a more
efficient service bureau model that will cut costs and enhance service for
their customer base.
TAD’s ability to outsource software development and support to
STI will allow both companies to leverage their core competencies.
STI’s MONIES software is a proven communications services
management solution that is well suited for the complex requirements and
customization required by TAD clients.

back-office communication accounting and expense management to companies
such as TAD and STI that can provide the operational expertise to manage a
complete telecom system.
