US-Mid-Atlantic (DC, MD, VA): Site Team Leader

The STL will be responsible for, but not limited to submitting the M.O.P., management of the job site and on site personnel, the efficiency of the job progress, customer interface, and daily and/or weekly reports as required by both Nortel and Ajilon management. The reports should be via e-mail and Plexus. The STL is also responsible for maintaining the job site in a safe and hazard free working environment. Both Nortel and Ajilon management should be notified ASAP of any issues that may arise which could jeopardize the progress or outcome of the job as well as any customer issues. The responsibilities to escalate issues also include but are not limited to, material shortage or damage, customer issues, out of scope issues, personnel issues or system outages. The STL is also responsible for the closing of the job when all work has been completed on site. This is to include site cleanup, the return of any materials, (EOJ) End of Job walk-through with the customer and sign off and distribution of all necessary job closing documentation to Nortel and the customer.

The STL must be familiar with installation of DMS 100 switching systems including frames, racking, and cabling. Qualified STL should be able to use basic hand tools, and ability to read and understand job specifications, wire wrap, sew, or crimp as needed.
